Around the turn of the millennium, davepsy's Oddities crew frequented the Stylistik Endeavors radio show on CKLN in Toronto, while Circle Research (Nineteen Ninety Nix's crew) launched their own show shortly after. Asicks invited the Oddities to join, and over time, everyone became family, guesting on each other's projects, playing shows, and eventually Circle Research became the Oddities' de-facto DJs. This collaboration culminated in the cross-country Weird Science tour.

A couple of decades later, Big Tweeze presented davepsy with a folder of beats, leading davepsy to write to Nineteen Ninety Nix's production for the first time. After completing "triptych," an EP plan emerged. Oddities fans might enjoy "Snüzz Butt" for a dose of nostalgia or some traditional braggadocio, with contributions from Grafh & Casual. Alternatively, listeners can simply enjoy the danceable rhythms. This project is a testament to 25 years of friendship.
